Description
This is our Annual General Meeting to review 2008/2009 year and plan for the year ahead. An Agenda will be posted in advance of the meeting.
This will be followed by our regular monthly business meeting where members gather to hear about the state of our finances and recent operations, and to plan future activities. Volunteers are expected to attend as many meetings as possible. Prospective new volunteers - riding or fundraising - or anyone else interested in finding out more about the work of Freewheelers EVS will always be made very welcome at our meetings. The meeting starts at 8:00pm, but there is normally someone in the function room from around 7:30pm.

Description
The Bath Arms Hotel is a friendly pub with great food located in the very centre of Cheddar Village. Landlord Jim has allowed Freewheelers to use the function room for our monthly meetings for many years. (Google Map)
