I'm really glad you're going to join us for our Ride out, it's already looking very promising.  Paul Dear is organising the event's finer details and you can contact him at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  and I've copied him into this email so he knows to contact you directly when the finer details are known, although the website pretty much covers it at the moment.  Most riders will be arriving between 9.30 & 10.30 as we've laid on refreshments from 9.30 but Paul will know when he'll be briefing the marshalls etc so I guess you could be setting up whilst that's going on.

Thanks for getting in touch with Freewheelers. We would be happy to turn up on April 11th to support your charity and get a bit of publicity. We can supply our show bike and some display banners. I am guessing the best thing for us to do is turn up about an hour before the rideout is due to depart so that we can meet the riders taking part. Opportunities like this are the ideal place for us to target new volunteers and publicise the work that we do. Thanks for thinking of us.
