The graph on the left shows Freewheelers EVS calls have continued to rise due to growth in the demand for our service and from Aug 2017 when we were one of the first few bloodbike groups to start delivering blood products daily to our two local air ambulance charities. Since 2003, we have seen our call volumes increase x 10 to over 6000 calls per year and in 2018 we covered 179,400 miles. Each urgent and non-urgent call enables the NHS to redirect its funds. Each emergency call helps to save the life of a patient.
